Globeducate Events
Our seven annual Globeducate Events are powerful platforms that connect young minds and spirits across the group, offering students a unique perspective on the world and inspiring them to make meaningful contributions to global challenges. These events—ranging from music festivals and Model United Nations to sports competitions, leadership summits, arts competitions, and academic challenges—foster collaboration, cultural exchange, and skill development among our students.
These global events are open to all schools within the Globeducate group, providing both students and teachers with invaluable opportunities to travel to new schools, cities, and countries. Through these experiences, they interact with peers from other Globeducate schools, collaborate on shared goals, and learn from their global counterparts
Globeducate Events offer unforgettable experiences that go beyond traditional learning, creating lifelong memories and friendships for both students and teachers. These events are pivotal in preparing our students for the globalised world, enhancing their cultural awareness and respect for diversity.

GLOBEDUCATE EVENTS
Events like these are perhaps the most valuable because they provide an opportunity for pupils to spend time with young people their age from across the world and to share their ideas and experiences with each other, breaking down barriers, stereotypes and broadening thinking and awareness.
All of the Globeducate events and opportunities that we participate in help staff and pupils alike to be able to broaden our horizons beyond those that we see every day and help to prepare each of our pupils to be global citizens, who can shape the world
Matthew Way, Stonar's Headmaster
Despite the geographical distance between our 60+ schools in 11 countries across four continents, we consider ourselves a close-knit family, united by more than just academics. At Globeducate, we believe in character development as a cornerstone of education, and our events put into practice principles such as critical thinking, creativity, social awareness, responsibility, tolerance, and respect. The international and multicultural nature of these events creates an ideal environment for sharing diverse ideas, opinions, and cultures, teaching our students to respect differences and approach them in a positive and constructive way
Since the launch of our global events program in 2019, participation has continually increased. In the 2023-2024 Academic Year, Globeducate Events brought together over 10,000 students from 12 countries, with participation from more than 190 schools.
The seven Globeducate Events are complemented further by group-wide Globeducate events linked to the Globeducate Agenda, such as Eco Week, WWF Wear it Wild Day, the WWF Quiz, as well as Learning Community events such as Globeducate Debates, Poetry Slam, Globeducate Reads, Outdoor Learning Days and STEAM Day.
These events give us the chance to bring our students together as one extended Globeducate community from around the world, to meet fellow students from different cultures and countries. It is also a chance for our teachers to build relationships and connections. Thank you to all of those who made this event possible, including our host families who welcomed students into their homes
Daniel Jones, Chief Education Officer of Globeducate
