Safeguarding is the responsibility of every individual and we always act in the best interest of the child. To this end, all staff undertake the appropriate level of training for their role. Our schools take a preventative approach to keeping children safe that incorporates: student health and safety; school behaviour and preventing bullying; supporting students with medical conditions; personal, health, social and economic education; and providing first aid and site security. 

All camps have trained staff providing 24/7 supervision. Camp counsellors, activity leaders, and boarding staff ensure students' safety and wellbeing at all times. The student-to-staff ratio ensures adequate supervision during activities, excursions, and free time.

Yes, all students must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, loss of luggage, and flight cancellations or delays.

All programmes provide three meals a day, with options for dietary restrictions.

A packing list will be provided before arrival, but essentials include clothing for outdoor and indoor activities, personal hygiene items, sports gear (if needed), and any required documents.

Each camp has its own policy regarding mobile phone use. While students are generally allowed to bring mobile phones, their use may be restricted during lessons, activities, and communal times to encourage engagement and social interaction. Some camps may have designated phone usage hours.
