Globeducate Partners with World Federation of United Nations Associations

Globeducate launches a new strategic partnership with the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), beginning in September 2026, furthering our global citizenship agenda and creating global and unique opportunities for students and teachers across our 65+ bilingual and international schools.

Since the launch of our global agenda in January 2020, bringing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into everyday learning across our schools in 11 countries, students have been given opportunities to develop their agency and voice on matters that resonate closely with the goals of the United Nations.

International experiences with MUN in Geneva and New York 2027

Students currently participate in Model United Nations competitions across the world and Globeducate holds an annual Model United Nations event for students. In 2027 this event will be held at Geneva, and students will have the opportunity to visit the United Nations headquarters – a landmark event for the event in its seventh year. Also partners of WFUNA, the prestigious International Institute in Geneva (IIG) and Geneva Business School will be cohosting Globeducate students in their premises during the event.

This new partnership will create opportunities for students and teachers in Globeducate schools to take part in global citizenship training programmes, as well as a Globeducate MUN delegation participating in WFUNA’s Global Model UN conferences across the globe, including New York.
