The Indian Public School
Bengaluru is situated in the northern part of the city in the south of India. It is a co-educational private day and boarding school that prepares students for lifelong learning and a future in a constantly changing world. This new campus is the latest addition to TIPS and the team there is innovative in its approach to teaching and learning, offering a balanced curriculum and a wide range of activities, following the National Curriculum - CBSE.
Being one of the most acclaimed schools groups in the K-12 spectrum in India, we take great pride and immense pleasure in launching our new campus at Bengaluru.
With an emphasis on early childhood care and education, we embrace a child-centred philosophy that promotes creative thinking and lifelong learning. Our mission is to nurture and inspire young minds to become responsible and respectful citizens of the world.
We incorporate contemporary teaching and learning methodologies to open up opportunities for life beyond school by offering a globally recognised curriculum, skills-based education and hands-on, minds-on experiences.
The school’s infrastructure is well planned with aesthetically and functionally rewarding features that aid learning and development. Our classrooms offer fun-filled learning experiences to young learners and we take great pride in our well-resourced technology resources centre and library.
We provide our youngest students with a blend of Inquiry Approach and Montessori philosophies of education. Our primary and middle school curriculum focuses on languages, scientific inquiry, progress of technology and analytical skill development based on the NCERT framework; the secondary follows an integrated two-year curriculum and assessment by CBSE. The school offers a wide range of activities including: sports, performing arts, Model United Nations, careers fair, outdoors learning and participation in Globeducate events.
TIPS Schools are overseen by the Committee comprising of Mr. Rajeeva Karandikar; Mr. Jairam Balakrishnan; and Mr. Ashok Kumar.
