The Globeducate Code of Conduct sets out the ethical obligations and legal responsibilities inherent in the management of business activity, as well as in the development and execution of the corporate purpose, assumed by the employees and collaborators of Nuevo Ágora Centros Educativos (NACE) and all the societies which constitute Globeducate.
The Globeducate Governing Body, Management, Supervisory Body, and all the professionals and collaborators linked through contractual relationships deriving from any title, as well as temporary or casual ones, assume a commitment to comply with the current legislation, our code of conduct for the prevention of crime, and internal regulations which establish the procedures and management of the society and its subsidiaries.
Furthermore, Globeducate requires all participating companies, their employees, and the main contractors or collaborators and members, to adopt and observe a conduct in accordance with the general principles set out in the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct and the compliance manual has been approved by the Nuevo Ágora Centros Educativos S.A (NACE) Governing Body, in its session on 31 May 2016.
Globeducate has a Code of Conduct which complies with current regulations, as well as a Complaints Channel in place as an internal mechanism established by the Group for the use of employees, managers, and/ or other people who are linked to the Group through another type of legal relationship, and which is detailed below.
